Breah was our foundation bitch and the dam of both Skipper and Ruairidh.  She was never really a showgirl unless it suited her, however, she did have her moments.

 

She was as adept at climbing fences as jumping them and if she could not get out of a garden, you could consider it well and truly "setter proof".  She liked nothing more than disappearing on a walk, off after the scent of something or other and would often arrive home before us.

 

In her latter years she was just as happy curled up on the settee and if she had been human I'm sure she would have been the proverbial "couch potato". 

 

She is sorely missed.
